How to Order Online and use Multi-Ship

1. Email address required
2. Password required
1. Creating an account allows both RR1 and you to view order history.  Without an account, we may have difficulty locating your order in the future.
2. Do you plan on having RR1 complete orders for you?  Keep it simple and use Popcorn1! as your password.  Contact us letting us know your account is created and we'll take it from there. 
3. Shop!  You are all set to shop online.  Order history can be found under your account information.

• Multiple Ship-To Addresses

1. Linked HERE is a template for address importing.  If you do not use this template, addresses cannot be uploaded!  We cannot accept other files.  Please fill out and save as .csv file
1. Helpful Hint:  Use a desktop and expand columns to view all header names.  
2. Email template to melissat@ruralroute1.com and it will be confirmed once the addresses are associated to your account.

• How to Use Multi-Ship

1. Go to Shopping Cart (add products to cart first!)
2. Select Box that says "Ship to Multiple Addresses" 
3. If you are logged in, addresses will appear as a drop down menu
4. If you are not logged in, you can type in the shipping addresses here.
