Donation Request

Are you looking for a donation for your fundraiser or non profit? Every year we donate to our local schools, non profits & other local efforts. Please answer the questions below & your information will be shared with our Donation Committee. 

**Please allow up to 4 weeks for donations to be approved.  We strive to provide donations for the local Iowa-Grant communities, but not all requests will be granted.

• Fundraiser or Event Name
• Date of Event, Location of Event & date donation is needed
• Type of Donation - gift basket, gift card, other.
